Cheats Fudge

This fudge is delicious and has been adapted from Nigella express "Chocolate Pistachio fudge".

Double Chocolate and Malteaser Fudge


300g Dark Chocolate (chopped)
80g Milk Chocolate (we used Easter egg) (chopped)
1x 397g Can of Condensed Milk
30g Butter (soft buttery margarine)
Pinch of Salt
120g Malteasers (attacked with a rolling pin to create big bits and little bits)


1.  Put chopped chocolate, condensed milk butter and salt into a large heavy based pan and put on a low heat, stir to melt.

2.Add bashed Malteasers to the chocolate and give it a good stir.

3. Pour into a tin (mine is an 8"x 10" tin) smooth the top.

4. Let the fudge cool and refrigerate to set.

5. Once set cut up into small pieces, this can be kept in the freezer (no defrosting need eat straight from freezer).
