Daisy Fairy Cakes


Ingredients

4 oz Self Raising Flour
4oz  Caster Sugar
4oz Butter margarine
1tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1Tub of Vanilla Frosting
Wafer Daisies To Decorate

Method

1) In a bowl place flour, sugar, margarine, 2 eggs and baking powder.

2) Mix with an Electric Hand Whisk give it a full two minutes until it is done.

3) Place a large desert spoon of mixture into each cake case.

4) Put in a pre heated oven for 20 minutes on gas mark 3.

To Decorate

Soften the frosting, add a spoonful to the top of each cake in a swirl then add a wafer daisy.
